I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Do you have a free shipping an option?

We do offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all standard orders over $100.

For international orders we currently don't offer free shipping (yet!).

I can't wait! How long will my order take to arrive?

For Australian orders, we offer Sendle and Auspost express and parcel shipping depending on your preference.

For North American and international orders we provide a real-time quote and shipping estimate at the checkout based on your location, items and weight.

Australian shipping times:

    • Standard shipping - will take between 2-5 Business Days* for Metro Australian deliveries.
    • Express Post - will take between 1-3 Business Days* for Metro Australian deliveries.

Can I get express shipping?

For Australian customers yep! Just click the Express Post option at check out to upgrade from our standard Sendle delivery.

Express Post will take between 1-2 Business Days* for Australian Metro locations. Please add another 3-7 business days for regional deliveries if available.

For our North American and international customers we're super sorry but this is not available (yet!).

* Please note: Please be mindful there could be minor postage delays due to COVID-19.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

In Australia we offer this service, please just add your PO Box details to the shipping address when you are in the checkout, and select one of our two Auspost shipping options (Sendle cannot deliver to PO Boxes unfortunately).

For international customers this is not available.

What's your returns policy for vibes?

What's your returns policy for clothing?

We accept returns + exchanges for alternate sizing on unworn, unwashed clothing which are in a re-sellable condition. However during this quarantine and lockdown duration, if you have tried the item on we cannot accept returns. Please contact us here to arrange a hassle free return.

We got chu! Your secret's safe with us. We will post your item in a discreet, black compostable mailer bag from noissue! So you can even get this one delivered to the office or your parents house without anyone knowing what's inside. 😉

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

All our packaging has been designed to be reused or recycled. We partnered up with some great brands to create our look including noissue, inke + Moo❤️

How do I recycle my vibe?

Our vibrators are considered electrical goods and can be recycled through your local e - waste collection.

In Australia this is included in hard rubbish collections or can be found in e-waste bins at local electrical goods stores.

How old do you have to be legally to buy a vibe?

To shop for vibes at Oh My Vibes, you will need to be the legal age of 18 years old.

By shopping with us and agreeing to our terms of sale, you're confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. If we have reason to believe you are younger that 18, we have the right to turn down your order.

I subscribed to your email list, how do I un-subscribe?

We get it, emails can be super annoying. Feel free to un-subscribe from our mailing list by contacting us with your email you'd like removed.

Do you sell gift cards?

I want to buy a vibe as a gift. How do I do this?

When you hit the checkout, all you'll need to do is place the persons details in to the Shipping section. Don't forget to fill out the Billing section with your details so we can send you your receipt and not them!
